The client shall not use the images for profit or any other commercial purpose, nor shall the client knowingly give the images to any persons who will use the images for profit or any other commercial purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: entry into photography competitions, sales to stock photography agencies, to create and sell products, publications and publishing for advertising or profit in any form. Any image containing a person will not be offered and will need written consent from that individual before being used.

No photos on the Maria Jane Dog Photography or shootproof site, that have not been purchased as a digital download, may be downloaded, screenshot or used in any way without express permission from myself, the photographer and will be a breach of UK Copyright law.

You will receive a complimentary water-marked web file of each purchased image that can be used for online sharing. You may only post images that have been resized for the web and social media online. This is because it has become increasingly easy for people to download and use images of other people's pets and work. You must not remove the logo or edit these digital files (changing colours, or removing part of the image). If you upload a social-media sized version but cannot easily include the watermark (eg it is for a profile image), include in a comment a simple copyright notice - stating Image Copyright - Maria Jane Langham at Maria Jane Dog Photography.

You are responsible for digital storage of all digital media purchased. Please back up your files on your computer as well as a cloud storage for maximum protection. Digital media does fail. Please also be aware images are deleted after sale at regular intervals so whilst the photographer may have them, this cannot always be guaranteed.

As all prints, products are of a bespoke (personalised) nature, once an order has been placed with our supplier it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. This includes digital files. Orders are confirmed with the supplier once the payment has cleared.
